# Stamina

#### 1. What is stamina? 

Stamina is an NFT-level attribute that will determine how many matches the particular NFT can participate in. Stamina is impacted by the NFT's level and category type, as well as the total element points allotted to the Health element. Please note that the energy system is still in a conceptual phase and is subject to change.
